• Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Standard shipping is FREE on orders over €99.
• We use a range of trusted courier partners to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Europe

• Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery takes about 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• We ship with PostNord and FedEx.

 

Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return window from the date your order is delivered/received.

 

Eligibility

• Your return must be initiated and posted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in 'as new' condition, including original packaging, swing tags, boxes, ribbons, and any specialty wrapping.
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. You'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return.

 

Please Note

• The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown during the return process.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
• If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
